Booking policy

Dear customer!



Please note that the prices are for informational purposes only. Your reservation is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g. e-mail, telephone).

By booking an appointment and/or using the service, the guest automatically accepts our booking policy.

Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments


If it does not suit you and you would like to cancel the booked appointment, you can notify us by e-mail or telephone! You can cancel or modify your appointment online 48 hours before the treatment at the latest.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours, we will charge a standby fee, which is 50% of the value of the service, within 24 hours or in case of no-show, we will charge the full fee of the treatment.
We will send a request for payment for the fee, which must be settled within 7 days.
In case of unpaid debt, the guest will be blacklisted, and a new appointment can only be booked after payment of the fee.

Payment terms


All services and products must be paid on site, immediately after the treatment. Our prices are non-negotiable.
Available payment methods: cash, bank card.

Health status


Please only participate in our treatments when you are healthy. In case of cancellation due to illness – if you notify us in time – we will not charge a standby fee.

Arrival for treatments


Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. If you are late, the duration of the treatment may be shortened and there is no possibility of making up for the missed part later.

We will treat your data confidentially and will not pass it on to third parties!
